Tor Lundvall has recorded and released ten albums of dark & ambient electronica since 1999. That's all well and good, but I can usually only handle an album track or two of dark & ambient electronica before the onset of rigor mortis. 

Imagine instead, before all that dark and doomy stuff, that he actually recorded ten tracks of synth-pop which reflected much more on his roots and influences, which have more than a passing resemblance to bands like New Order and their peers. 

I've had this on repeat play since receiving a copy for the blog and it really is rather good. Some of you may well agree.
