Kiss The Anus Of A Black Cat are from Ghent in Belgium. The band's online blurb explains their style as if Virgin Prunes and Throbbing Gristle jointly covered a Fad Gadget song. I personally don't hear the TG link however their dark goth-tinged experimentation reveals an appreciation of  gloom-filled indie-rock from the 1981-83 period.
