Yellow Magic Orchestra leader, Haruomi Hosono unleashed this techno-scratch collaboration with electronic duo, Friends Of Earth back in 1984 on vinyl. Sounding much like mid-eighties Cabaret Voltaire, this should appeal to all fans of uptempo electronica which rounds off nicely with the very gentle piano piece, Dark Side Of The Star.

    thanks - the trouble with a lot of this "emulator" fiddling stuff....is that it is just that, I think YMO went on to do Technodon, Art of Noise released to many versions of everything and Herbie Hancock RockedIt....it's of the time.... a lesson in sampling I feel.
